Please note that you will receive e-mail confirmation of your order as soon as you pass the checkout, however orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed. Orders paid online by credit card will receive a separate "You have paid" e-mail from World Pay our payment service provider, as confirmation of payment.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will only accept returns if the products are either damaged or defective in some way. If for any reason you need to return goods to us please contact first to obtain a returns number within 7 days of delivery, then return the goods to us in the original packaging and a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE Returns will NOT be processed without a returns number

Refunds.

If for any reason a product is faulty we will offer you a full refund. We regret we cannot refund return postage costs.
