Order Processing
We aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment regardless of the size or quantity of the order.
Please note that you will receive e-mail confirmation of your order as soon as you pass the checkout, however orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed. Orders paid online by credit card will receive a
separate "You have paid" e-mail from World Pay our payment service provider, as confirmation of payment.
Delivery & Postage
REMEMBER POSTAGE IS FREE ON ORDERS OVER £30
We offer three forms of delivery For the
lighter items we offer Royal Mail 1st Class (Recorded), for non urgent
items we offer Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service and for heavy/urgent
items we offer TNT Next Day. Please note all order must be received before
12noon for same day dispatch. We also offer a pallet delivery service,
please contact us for details.

Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will only accept returns if the products are either damaged or defective in some way. If for any reason you need to return goods to us please contact us first to obtain a returns number within 7 days of delivery, then return the goods to us in the original packaging and a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE

Refunds.
If for any reason a product is faulty we will offer you a full refund. We regret we cannot refund return postage costs.
